How did I not think of this MONTHS ago!

Serving of Greek Yogurt + Crystal Light Single Pack = Flavour Esssssplosion! 

It's so fantastic!  So far my faves are the Peach/Raspberry and the Acia/White Peach/Papaya.  

Really, you could probably get away with just 1/2 of the packet in the serving of 'gurt but I'm finding the full packet punch is sheer ecstasy!

Add protein powder and it's a protein Esssssplosion! too!  

I use 1/2 scoop of protein powder for each 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.  And my favorite crystal-lite pack to add to it is Key Lime Margarita (the Target store brand.)  It makes my yogurt like key lime pie!

Although today I added some of my leftover pumpkin dessert to my yogurt (plus protein powder.)  My dessert was a packet of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 3/4 cup milk, a can of pumpkin, and 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice.  Last night I mixed it in with sugar free vanilla ice cream.  Today it was yogurt.

I rather have real fruit in mine, that is the bomb.  I love strawberries sweetened with splenda and some chopped walnuts.  I don't do crystal light too fake tasting for my taste buds.

that is how i eat it.  with a packet of crystal light type thing and usually with an apple.
