Just wondering when will you know to bump up your intake. I've been at 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. for several months now & my weight loss has slowed a lot. Losing between .5 lb to 1 lb a week usually sometimes none. Wondering if I should be bumping my food up to a c. a meal. I do eat like 5-6 times a day tho. I am 9 months post op & just hit 99 lbs lost today. Just curious how some of you knew to bump it up. I'm getting between 1000-1200 calories a day already & 60-75 g of protein a day & 60-80 oz of water. I have to be honest & say I really haven't exercised like I should & I know I need to get on track with that. Moving from 3/4c. up to a cup is gonna be some work making myself eat that much.

Seems like you are doing what you should be.  Slowing of the weight loss is normal,  Your smaller size requires less food so more food will not help with weight loss.

I am not as far out as you are, but according to my surgeons book you are doing your calories right.  My book says to be up to 1200-1500 at a year post op.  Try a yoga beginners DVD, I have been doing it 3x a week and feel stronger. Cardio can be as easy as walking.  I need to do more cardio (sigh)  Good luck
