day 2- stressing!!!

i am on my liquid protein diet for 2 weeks. i got threw yesterday. this morning i try to drink my decaf coffee with protein in it. it made me gag. so i drank a protein shake and that makes me gag. but i am loving chicken broth and bullion cubes. can not get enough. so my plan is to take back the container of body fortress and coffee singles. and i am gonna quit coffee completely and get me unflavored protein. i guess i am just stressing!!! where are the cheapest places to buy unflavored protein?

what got me through that phase was vanilla protein mix because you can make it whatever flavor you want.  My fav is mixing it with 8oz milk(or lactaid or mootopia) then adding ice and instant decafe coffee and sugar free choc flavor to make a mocha frappachino

 or adding pb2 to it and some sugar free jelly.

or some pumpkin and pumkin pie spice.

I use the Body Fortress protein powder too- it's so cheap at Walmart! I like the chocolate and the strawberry, but I find the vanilla and the cookies & cream to be nauseating. One thing that really helps me with the protein drinks it to drink them REALLY cold. I either blend in some frozen fruit (not sure if that's allowed for you) or shake it up and toss it in the freezer for an hour or so. Honestly this makes ALL the difference for me- there's not much worse than warm protein shakes in my opinion.

I guess I didn't quite answer your question because I haven't had any experience with unflavored protein powder, but HANG IN THERE!
