6 Month Check Up - Went Great!!
I had my 6 month check up today and it went great, the Dr. was very happy with my progress, my vitamin levels are where they should be and my next check up is not until 1 year, which I assume is the normal routine. Loving how I feel since my RNY!!!
It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!
