dr. visit at 6 weeks out

i was nervous about going to the dr. because i didnt lose alot of weight but i am glad i did.  he was very comforting and reassuring.  my next appt. is in 6 weeks, he wants me down about 15lbs.

  Follow your plan and the weight will come off!!  I loved the first 2 months of my journey, the weight just seemed to melt away... It has really slowed down for me now!
