Im just trying to get prepared and have all the stuff I will need for after surgery. I have seen a few posters post about adding it to their chicken broth I was wondering where I could find it.

I never thought of adding unflavored to my chicken broth but I have used Unjury protein. They have a chicken broth flavor and they have an unflavored one as well. I have both and can tolerate them both. They do have a distinct smell to them but it isn't as bad as some others I have tried. They have a website if you search their name you will find it.

I have tried several brands of unflavored 100%whey isolate protein and eventually settled on isopure natural zero carb powder. It has the least protein flavor and smell and seems to dissolve best in pretty hot liquids (although almost all powders curdle if they are added to piping hot liquid). I buy mine a vitamin shoppe. The online site usually as better prices but I take the ad to the local store and they honor the Internet price. I add unflavored powder to diet hot cocoa, hot tea and sf chai tea lattes, and to my morning coffee. I recommend you start by adding just a tablespoon or so at first so you can get used to the flavor slowly.

Unjury is the brand that I use, also.  The unflavored does smell bad.  I usually put it in the shaker bottle, mix it with lemonade and a splash of SF raspberry syrup, ice and leave the lid on.  That way, I can't smell it as I drink it.  The chicken flavored Unjury is good, but you can't mix it with anything hotter than tap water. I usually make a small cup of it with hot tap water, then slowly stir it with a cup of hot chicken broth in a bowl.  It tastes really good and I get more fluids in!

Syntrax also makes an unflavored protein powder. I found it for a good price on amazon.
