4 Years out!!!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this site, you all have been a Blessing for me.

I am 4 years out!! I have had my gallbladder removed and had my tummy tuck (woohoo) and am married to the most wonderful man, he had reservations about me having the surgery but now is glad I did. I feel great, I can walk, run, dance, exercise, play with the grandkids. I am now in a size 4. I was a size 24-26

I also want to thank Dr Olsen, and every one at Fort Bragg that are helping me thru my journey, I feel like the butterfly just coming out of my shell...

Please if you have 2nd thoughts ,,,don't.... just to walk up and down stairs without my knees hurting, to breath again...priceless..

You are an inspiration.  Really you are.  Thanks for sharing.  Have you had any weight maintenance issue???  

Thanks for the encouraging info.  I had my surgery June 2011 and have lost 165 pounds.  I am doing so much better.  It is wonderful to know that it keeps getting better.  I am looking forward to having a tummy tuck at some point,.
