Hi, just hang in there. You don't always have to go the a gym, I started by walking in my neighborhood. Also, I bought a Wii Fit (tax refund) for those times it was raining or too cold. You can even purchase walking DVDs at Walmart that are not expensive. Everyone thinks a gym is the best place to go, but the gym is not for everyone especially if paying the dues are a problem. I prefer to be outside so walking is good for me. Doing anything is better than doing nothing even if it is just for 10 mins a day. I don't know if you have health insurance but some of them will offer a discount for gym memberships check into it. Never decrease your food intake because your body will think it is starving so it will go into defense mode and hang on to everything you eat. Continue to eat the 3 meals and 2 snacks. Eating more (within reason) makes you lose more. And exercising 30 min 3 days a week or more whatever you can do will help. Just don't give up!! Keep venting... that helps too. :)
