It is all in the Opurity Multivitamin.  Just one daily that includes A,C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6 Folic Acid, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Iron, Iodine, Magnesium, zinc, copper, Selenium Chromium, and some calcium, but not enough of that, so its recommended an additional 1500 mg of calcium.   thats it. !!

It only has 30 mg iron, and the ASMBS recommends at least 36 mg.  For that matter, it only has 7500 IU Vitamin A (150%), not the 10,000 IU (200%) recommended by the ASMBS.  And half of that 7500 is beta carotene which we can't really absorb, which means it really only has 3750 IU A that we can actually use.

As far as the B12 in it, we can't absorb B12 from a chewable vitamin due to the lack of intrinsic factor in our pouch.  That's what the ASMBS says we need a sublingual or injections.
