Great trays - review

Hi,

I bought a couple of these ice cube trays and they work great. I saw them cheaper at Kitchen and Company and any silicone tray would work, these are just a nice size and freeze quickly.

I made turkey stock yesterday, strained it, then froze it in these ice cube trays. Each square holds just under half an ounce and because its silicone, they are really easy to pop out to store in a ziplock once its frozen. I now have several cups worth of nicely flavored turkey broth in the freezer whhich I can use an ounce or two at a time after surgery.
