Surgery date February 1st Very Nervous Many Questions

I am 2 weeks post op. I've had pain. Mostly just from the biggest laparoscopic poke hole. My surgeons office told me coming out of surgery I would have an abdominal binder wrapped around me. But I didn't. I asked the nurse about it several times during my overnight stay, she finally got it to me right before discharge. I can't help but wonder if I would have been able to wear the binder right from the get go, if my pain would have been less.
