work outs
Hi all.
I'm not on the losers bench yet. Just doing some research.
Was admiring the after shots some of you were posting. Great job :)
I'm curious what kind of work outs do you do? I love dance, and aerobics, but I'm sure weights are needed -which may require a gym? That's not the most convenient for me, so I'm not sure I can fit that in my schedule.
I have zumba dvds I do at home with my daughter, so we get exercise together. Also, we go rollerskating usually on the weekends, and as the weather gets warmer we'll be able to ride our bikes again.
Anyway-just curious what do you do for your workouts?
I don't like to workout in front of people so I can't do a gym. What I do, is I have a few different Jillian Micheals workout dvds that I use. Some with weights some without. And I change that up everyweek. I also play dance games on the kincet to change it up bc its fun and you don't realize it is a workout til your done. Hope that helps :) Wish ya luck
I do belong to our YMCA but am just starting to get back in the habit of going. But it is totally possible to do weights at home. Buy a few hand weights, some DVDs if you want or just look online for exercises to do. Overall cheaper than a gym membership and you can do it on your schedule! :)

I do a lot of DVDs at home (tae bo, walk away the pounds, I am just starting some Jillian Michaels DVDs, Debra Mazda, Petra Kolber), I also walk outside, do hand weights at home, go the gym do the elliptical, treadmill, occasionally the bike, group classes, water aerobics, and machine weights.). It all works. Its really up to to you.
Early on, I did workout more at home just because I was ashamed to go the gym.
