Vitamin Side Effect?
The last couple of weeks I have had a sore throat periodically. i do not appear to be sick. It seems to come up shortly after I have my chewable multivitamin. Has anyone heard of the vitamins causing some discomfort in your throat?
I know it could be allergies as I have my share, but this feels different.

I know it could be allergies as I have my share, but this feels different.
I haven't heard of a multi causing a sore throat, but if it seems to make yours sore, why not switch to a different multi and see if that fixes it?
