Big Train Fit Frappe VS Click Protein

I have been a Click drinker for a few years but I am not as happy with it since I found out that they aren't very accurate on the labeling of their product. They say "Servings Per Container 14". After tracking a few containers I found that I was getting about 9 servings, so I emailed the company about it. They got back to me fairly quickly and this was the reply.

A serving is 32 grams. The scoop is not designed as a precise measuring device
but is the closest in size to meet, at best, a single serving. I continue to
look for a more precise scoop that would accurately reflect a scoop size that
would equal a level measurement, but they are usually much bigger or too small.

In essence, the correct 32 grams is about 1/8 or so from the top of the scoop
lightly packed. I have attached a measured scoop. Two scoops of this size of
CLICK equals 32grams.

To me, that is totally unacceptable. That means that the labeling is wrong. What I thought was 7 grams of sugar was more like 9-10g. Even filling it to that amount I was still only getting 11 servings at most.

I since have tried Big Train Fit Frappe Espresso and Mocha flavors. I prefer the Espresso as the Mocha is a bit sweet to me, but I'm not a big chocolate lover anyway. Fit Frappe has no sugar but does have sugar alcohols and with RH, I prefer the sugar alcohols to the sugar. The Fit Frappes give me about the same 9-10 servings per container (says 10 on the label) with 20 grams of protein where the Click claims 15 grams. The Fit Frappe is also less expensive than the Click.

Just my opinion, Martha enlightened

Edited to add: The Fit Frappe mixes up better with the blender bottle than Click does. No chunks!

Thanks for the review!

I agree with you that the packaging is misleading. I'm like you about the chocolate - in fact, I've never found a chocolate protein drink that I love (and very few that I can even tolerate.) And I'm always a little hesitant to buy stuff over the internet, end up with a big supply of it and never use it. I've heard good stuff before about the Big Train brand - and I love expresso, so I'm gonna try it! Thanks!!

The Fit Frappe Vanilla (not vanilla latte) mixes great with sugar free syrups!

I am a big fan of the Big Train Fit Frappe drinks!  As a coffee lover, I first heard about Click.  I tried it, and could not get it to mix without little chewy pellet-like pieces. Then got some samples of Big Train--not only does it mix easily in a shaker, the flavors are excellent.  I haven't checked into the scoop sizes and servings-per-container but appreciate that information.

My favorite flavors seem to switch from month to month--before surgery, Vanilla Latte was my fav, but then I tried their new Chai flavor!  For some reason, right now I'm stuck on Espresso. :-)
