Brown Jasmine Rice

Almond slivers (the kind you put on salads, but I like to eat them as they are)

Pickles

Grapes

Grape tomatoes

Mandarin oranges

Jello Sugar-free Lemon pudding

Olives (green and black)

Carrots

Roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts (YUM!!)

I'll be two weeks out on Tuesday, so there isn't much I've been able to experiment with yet, but here's a few of my faves:

 

-Knees aren't hurting at all

 

-The bathroom towel nearly fits around my entire body

 

-My newfound appreciation of cottage chz

 

- Feeling so much closer to my mom, and falling in love even more with my soon to be hubby (They're a great support system, although they both had apprehensions about the surgery initially)

Shopping for smaller clothes
Enjoying exercise again, and the feeling of empowerment it gives me.
Increased energy level.

Baby Bell Light.
Low fat Swiss cheese, or any other really good cheese.
Metamucil Clear &Natural, but I'm trying generic Benefiber!
Decafe coffee, Powerade Zero, Mio Fit (and Walmart Sport version).

Shopping for the walking mostly.I am given so many clothes that I don't need to shop, except for underware. Thank the Lord. One friend did Gastric Bypass and one did LapBand. I have sizes 24-14's in boxes in my bedroom. I am wearing mostly 22's. Tops I am in 18-20's.

Love to do things around my house (PAINTING is a Biggy) and I can do this for hours!!! Loving it.
