My pouch is definetely still in charge.

My stomach is killing me not even a quarter through an atkins frozen dinner.  Either my pouch wasn't in the mood for this meal orI ate a  little too fast.   Is it still going to hurt this much when I am at a year or two years out?

I'm two years out, and yes, if I eat to fast, or the wrong food... yes it hurts.

I still get an achy pouch if I eat the wrong thing or to much. We gotta keep in mind it's still just a little pouch, made about the size of an egg.

I guess technically that its best that I have that early warning system for the rest of my life.  If I could have lost weight on my own and kept it gone I wouldn't have needed surgery.

Still hailing my pouch

If I eat too fast, my stomach definitely lets me know it. I don't do it often, but once in awhile I go faster than I should. Feel better.

I notice that my pouch is extremely picky! Some days it likes one thing and others it hates that same item! I find that if I am well hydrated it goes much better. I have tried eating breakfast in the mornings but if I have not had at least half a glass of water whatever I eat will hurt like crazy! The same thing will happen with lunch and dinner if it has been a bit without drinking something. Crazy I know but I have noticed it.
