Whatcha eating today? (Friday!)
Good morning OH friends! Sending the kids off to school this morning, reminding them to say good-bye to their friends today b/c we are going to DISNEYLAND for a week!!! I can't believe its nearly here! We fly out on Monday!
So today, I have a to do list to tackle - but also have to get a trip to the YMCA in and go to my last (hopefully!) physical therapy appt!
Breakfast: Protein shake. Would love leftover eggbake but my tummy is saying no food this morning (like most days. sigh.)
Lunch: Leftover tacos in lettuce wraps.
Supper: My son just informed me its pizza fundraiser night for his school. But I just want leftovers. So maybe I will order them pizza and have my leftovers. Either pork roast or more taco lettuce wraps.
Snacks if needed: apple with greek yogurt, teddy grahms for my chocolate fix, snack crackers if needed

Good morning! Snow is coming down in NC and you know what that means, everybody is spastic, lol. We southerners don't DO snow!!
1) EAS shake w/ coffee
2) a few ginger snaps
3) either salad or a turkey and cheese roll up
4) maybe some pork rinds
5) probably cook some chicken and veggies tonight
6) some cajun trail mix. LOVE IT.

L: 1/2 of a Stuffed pepper made with ground turkey
S: Carrots, spicy mustard
D: Grilled Chicken, salad w light asian dressing
S: Good Grief I need a Drank :)~
I am going shopping with my sister this afternoon and I can't wait! I miss her and I desperately need some shoes to wear at work.

B: Decaf Coffee and a Nutter Butter protein smoothie (it just tastes like a Nutter Butter, there's no actual cookies in it!)
S: 2 Babybel Light cheeses and a clementine
L: Left over Mock Mac n Cheese (made w/broccoli, cauliflower, and kale in place of macaroni)
S: Not sure about the protein, but definitely some fresh blueberries
D: Curried Red Lentils w/spinach

B - Light & Fit pineapple Greek yogurt and 2 prunes (I'm on double iron, so I've been needing these little rascals!)
S - Decaf vanilla protein latte (16 oz of decaf with one scoop Six Star Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate)
L - 2 T peanut butter on 1 slice of Brownberry Health Nut bread and 2 prunes

D - Don't know yet, but probably a salad with light ranch and chunky salsa with some BabyBel Light cheese. Either that or some vegie chili with some light cheese.
We're going on a road trip this weekend, so I'm going to have to prep some stuff tonight to take with me. I won't be able to go to the gym for the next couple of days, but I'm sure to get some vigorous dog walking in, as we are taking our girls with us!
