medifast food and shakes

Anyone eat the food from Medifast??? I was looking at the oatmeal and mac and cheese>>> also the banana and orange shakes anyone try them?? Thanks

It's been years since I've used their products, but to say that I wasn't impressed is an understatement. That said, maybe they've changed their formulations.

The food quality has changed since Dr. Wayne Anderson took over the company. They have delicious food!  I have not tried the mac and cheese but I have a packet to try. I am on liquids right now because I have my RNY coming up next week. They have chocolate chip pancakes, brownies, cookies. So many products. Micheal PM me and we can talk more about what you might like and where to get the best deals!!!!
