My FAVORITE NSV compliment

Someone at work yesterday said, "Jill, you look so healthy". Doesn't get much better than that. I feel healthy, too. More work to do but a great ride so far.  

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

By the way, what does NSV stand for?  I have figured out it is positive feedback.  Just curious.

I think the funniest compliment I have gotten was "You look like this lady that used to work here."  I just had to laugh.

I love that one!!!   I was told that I look so young they keep thinking I'm one of the students (I'm a college professor).  I thought that was pretty awesome.
