Watermelon is mine as well.  I freeze it and put it in my single serve blender.  YUM YUM a frozen slushie.  It was the only "fluid" I could handle when I was first out.  Now I use it as my after dinner "dessert".  A sweet treat that is good for you.

Greek yogurt or string cheese. Just tried weigh****chers jalapeño string cheese and its awesome. I'm also into Kellogg's chewy protein bars.

Apple slices with greek yogurt as a dip. Nearly everyday. I am missing it on vacation right now! Also enjoy cheese sticks and turkey bites or turkey jerky.

My favorite go to food is the pouches of flavored tuna fish. My favorite is the smoked and the garlic herb. One pouch is 2.6 ounces, has anywhere from 80-110 calories(depending on flavor), has 16-18 grams of protein and only $1.25 per pouch at Wal Mart. Boil an egg and only use the white for extra protein and I use a squirt of mustard and eat it straight from the pouch...LOVE IT!!!

Why do you only use the whites?

I don't like the texture of the yolks...

Then I would only use whites too! Makes sense.

For snacks, Ostrim beef/ostrich sticks, Baby Bel cheese, greek yogurt.  For quick & easy dinners, our big go-to now is broiled boneless pork chops.  Hubby shares one with me.
