Scale Victory and a question
I have been stuck at 332 for about 2 weeks then I weight myself today and I was 324 yay! Surgery was on 12/12/12 and my weight was 368. I cant wait to get under 300! Also I was just started on soft foods last Friday (due to some issues) and yesterday I had 6 tablespoons of salmon and kept it all down which is super exciting because thus far this journey has been pretty rough for me. Also I was wondering on my sheet my surgeon gave me he doesn't have the amount of food we can eat at each stage in ounces he has it in tablespoons I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how many ounces 6 tablespoons of salmon would be? I just want to be able to figure out how much protein Im getting in thanks!
By volume, 1 tbsp = .5 ounces. So, 6 tablespoons of salmon would be 3 ounces (by volume). I stress by volume (versus weight), because there is a big difference between 3 ounces of marshmallows (by volume) vs 3 ounces of marshmallows (by weight). And, really, our pouches only know volume.
