I only use body fortress chocolate and vanilla 1/2 a s scoop each.
I mix them in a blender with ice coffee! I add a sprinkle of instant coffee and ice and drink this twice a day! Soooo good !

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate

Ideally, mixed with a tablespoon of PB (Dark chocolate dreams, plain ol' jiff or 2 TBP of PB2), hefty pinch of xanthan gum, scant tsp of cocoa powder, pump of SF vanilla syrup, a cup of ice and half a cup of water.  With dark chocolate dreams PB, this has 28g of protein and 210 cals.  This is very often my post-gym drink/meal and it's very very delicious.

In case anyone is curious, the xanthan gum is used to keep it from separating (liquid on bottom, ice/foam at the top -- Starbucks uses it in their frapps).

Body Fortress vanilla isolate. I am a creature of habit. I like vanilla because I can add things to change the taste up.
