WoW!!!!  Eating more is paying off.  Now that I am trying to get closer to 1000 calories, the weight is coming off again!  24 pounds to goal!

That's awesome!  What kind of foods did you add?  Protein?  I'm stuck in a stall and need to jump start it!

I added a protein shake.  I was eating about 800 calories or so.  I bumped it up a little and I seem to be doing better.  I drink a 30 gram shake.  I was really lacking in protein.  I also cut back some carbs.
