Hi People!

Ohh Lemonade cake sounds like the business! I must try this!

I have been sick for a few days, ear, throat, you know general misery, so I mediated with pasta, and cereal so now I feel not so great about that.....oh well today is a new day!

B: two scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patty, slice WW plain toast

S: apple, cottage cheese

L: Spinach salad with a few chicken chunks on top and FF Italian, two clemintines, and some turnip greens (greens from hospital cafeteria...don't recomend)

D: Turkey meatloaf, mashed culiflower, green beans

S: cheese stick, banana

Have a great day!

Volunteered in my son's first grade classroom this morning and its gymnastics/dance night for him tonight. In between (right now!), I need to restore some order to this house! We've been calling my 1 1/2 yr old "Tornado Abby" since we returned home from vacation a few days ago. She is destroying the place! LOL.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: leftover roast beef and leftover beef stew (a bit of each - trying to rid the fridge of leftovers), a piece of chocolate

Supper: open-faced sloppy joe on bottom half of small bun. was going to make last night and didn't so now am really craving it.

Snacks throughout day: apples with greek yogurt, cheese stick, maybe a few tortilla chips with melted cheese if I can fit it in

I've GOT to get back to the gym. Haven't been back since vacation. This week has been so busy already! Ugh. I hate excuses but I seem to have plenty this week.
