I am 2 1/2 weeks out and am supposed to be taking the Celebrate ENS I think they call it. The protein powder and vitamin drink in one. Problem is it makes me so nauseous. So I need to switch to a multi vitamin twice a day and calcium. I cannot remember the chewable multi you recommend. We have Walgreens and CVS here. What multi could I find at those places. It is Centrum chewable for women? Also is there a chewable calcium available at either place. I have upcal d I could use and unjury protein powder. I now also have TWO tubs of this Celebrate I cannot use! $114 down rather drain I guess. Sigh!!! Live and learn.

An idea with the ENS, have you tried to add extra liquid and thin it out?  Are you adding milk or water or almond milk?  Sometimes playing around with it may (I stress the word MAY) work.  At least you wouldn't be out so much $ if you could make it work.  Just a thought.

Yes. Milk made it just thick and ghastly. I drank a glass of ice water to wash that down. Then I tried water with a tsp of instant coffee for flavor. No go. Then water and a tsp of sf coco and still no go. What else. Morning and night with this stuff is not working. I need a chewable I think. I never waste anything and this is such a waste of a very good product I know. The flavor is cake batter I think. Just soooooo sweet.

I'm sorry.  I too use it (although I'm in the preop stage and have only tried it a few times) I've made it with my magic bullet and it comes out light and frothy, in my opinion...but then I may loath it post op.  Good Luck

I never did a chewable, I buy my multi from CVS its Nature made, multi complete. I take 2 every morning, with my iron, vit c, b12 and b complex.

Some people are told to do chewable to make it easier to get down, but I was told if swallowing it didnt bother me, then do pills. For the calcium citrate i use citracal calcium citrate + D3 petites. I take that 3 times before lunch, mid afternoon, and then at dinner

Actually the petites only have 200 mg per tablet so you'd need eight to nine a day to get 1500-1800 mg.
