Sleep Study Tonight

Okay y'all, I am about to go to my sleep study. Yes on a Friday night, shows how bad I want to get this done & over with so that I can get all of my paperwork submitted for surgery. I think that everything will go smoothly, just not looking forward to the hospital stay.. they freak me out. Well wish me luck everyone and feel free to tell me about your experience with this. (:

I went on a Friday night too. Its not that bad. Although after they hook a million wires all over you, you almost want to laugh when they tell you to make yourself comfortable!! But once you fall asleep its no big deal. Good luck!!

You'll be fine

It wasn't the best night's sleep, but it was okay. Oh, they do use a paste like substance to attach monitors to your scalp. It takes some extra work to wash out. But really, that was the most onerous part.

Mine was on a Friday night too, at the Fairfield Inn, in Beachwood.  That helped to set the tone, however, I don't always sleep well when I go away.

Yes, that paste is a pain!

My only regret was that I didn't sneak in a video recorder - so that I could videotape them, while they videotaped me:)

My sleep study was last night too...the place made me feel like I was in an old prison...LOL I got through it though. Now the paste is another issue within itself...LOL...headed to the salon in a few...
