NSV!
Several weeks ago, I noticed I could put my foot up on my other knee to put socks in, and bend over to tied my shoes. While I know these are big deals, they were nothing compared to today!
I volunteer at a women's center, and had donated ALL clothing that was either too big or too small, back in September. At that time, I had not considered having surgery so soon. In December, just before my surgery, I ran across a pair of jeans that I'd donated and "stole" them for when I'd lost weight. This morning, as I was looking for something to wear, I grabbed those jeans. I slid them on, the legs were baggy! I figured I'd have to jump up and down to get them on, or lay on the bed, but they slipped right on and zipped right up! They are NOT stretchy, and didn't cut into my waist all day! I did unzip them when I got home, but I'm just not used to having non-stretchy clothes on.
Oh yeah....saw the NEXT size down jeans on the rack today, and "stole" THEM for future use! I already have a big blue IKEA bag full of clothes again for them!
