That is the way I was reading it but don't want to mess this up.  It says serving size 2 and I got  confused with 2 times a day and thought that could translate into 4 a day.  I saw the percentages on the supplement facts were 200%.  Just trying not to mess up right out of the blocks.  They have a 1-800 number I can call  thanks.  Nice it is just one morning and night.  Lots of pills around here now.

Interesting tidbit that my Nut told me yesterday.... taking your vitamins esp iron at night may keep you awake. *minerals do this - not the calcium.

I have no idea if this is true - but I thought I was repeat it, in case you were having trouble sleeping.

I wonder where she is getting that from.  I've never read anything about iron or other minerals causing insomnia, and I've read a lot of stuff about iron.

Well it must not bother me because I sleep like a rock.  Last night I crashed at 9:30 and didn't move till 5:30 for a trip to the bathroom.  The asleep 2 more hours.  I think part of that is still recovering from a difficult 8 hour bypass and hernia repair and lap band removal.  It was a witch of a surgery.  I take the iron and b12 from the bedside table right when I fall into bed.  I will pay attention though.
