What are you eating today - TGIF!

Snack: Panara mini scone
Lunch: Maybe subway or leftover boneless porkchop, a few chips
Supper: Dominos Pizza night for my son's school: little bit of thin crust pizza, boneless chicken piece, and a parmesean bread bite.

Last morning of a garage sale fundraiser for my moms group today so will be cleaning up, hauling tables, etc for part of the day. Already ran a few errands. Once those things are done, hoping for a relaxing afternoon/evening at home. Its been a busy few weeks and I am ready for some downtime and hopefully a return to our normal routine soon!

TGIF indeed! Today has been a little different, so I thought I would post. At four years out, my days are pretty boring and a lot of times I eat the same thing every day.
1) 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of cheese on a sandwich thin (friday only special, yum!)
2) homemade potato soup w/ cheese & a few crackers
3) Thinking of grilling some steaks for supper, but will depend on the hubby.
4) new (old) love - celery and pb. I used to eat this all the time when I was about 6 months out, but I'd forgotten just how satisfying it is!!
Have a great weekend everybody!
Everything in sight, and some of the stuff our of sight too....
PreB: coffee
B: scr eggs and piece of toast
PostB: pop tarts (hence the low blood sugar attack two hours later)
S: string cheese
L: 6" turkey sub with veggies and light mayo (pick 1/2 the bread off)
S: kashi go lean bar w/peanut butter on it
S2: 3 small peppermint patties
Now: diet soda (need the caffeine)
D: small bowl of cheddar/broccoli soup and salad
S: popcorn?
Like I said, everything that isn't nailed down! Can you say PMS???? LOL
Happy Friday all!
Pretty quiet around the library today. Our annual acquisitions night was last night and it is the biggest fundraiser of the year, so a lot of people who worked at it took some time off today. A record-setting $60,000 was raised! It is wonderful to know that so many appreciate the work our employees do to collect, catalog, preserve, and present early modern materials for our patrons and readers.
Food-wise, jus****er and coffee during the day. I put a chuck roast in the crock pot with some vegetables and beer this morning, so we'll have pot roast for dinner with the focaccia I baked last night. Snacks will probably be egg drop soup, yogurt, kashi protein bars, raw veggies, and maybe something sweet.
Really looking forward to being home with my husband and that cute dog of ours. Relaxing Friday evening with a homemade dinner already waiting for us? Yes please!
