Easy "recipe" share
I've got the perfect I feel cruddy and don't want to eat anything but I still need my protein meal: Leftover cold, plain quinoa, french onion laughing cow cheese wedge, garlic, pepper and a touch of beef soup base stirred in a pot with a splash of fat-free half and half. It's pretty good!
