Simple meal for you and a loved one when you're on liquids

I'm still on clear liqs post surgery and came up with an easy way to get flavorful broth for me and make a quick supper for my sweetie with enough for tomorrow too.
Two cans Campbell healthy choice chicken noodle soup
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can low fat cram of chicken soup
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
Strain soup, save liquid for my supper. Put solids in a bowl with mushrooms, soup and seasonings (I used a store bought cajun seasoning mix). Put into greased casserole dish, sprinkle with light layer of breadcrumbs and Parmesan, bake until bubbly and breadcrumbs are toasted. Combined with a nice salad and garlic naan, this made a hearty supper on a cold day and I had broth with more flavor than plain chicken broth.
