Update on chest pain, sort of a "stall", NSV, and a be-careful-what-you-wish-for...

Hey all,

It seems like forever since I've been able to get on to read, let alone write something, on here.  I've missed reading the posts :(
Last post I wrote, I was having chest pain and wasn't sure if it was heart related.  It wasn't. I have an appointment/referral from my cardiologist to see a GI doctor.  Thinking it's probably my gallbladder...yay!  Seriously, though, I'm thrilled it's not my heart.  In the meantime, I've held off on exercise and just CANNOT get back into the routine.  Tomorrow, my daughter and I are going after I pick her up from school, Monday is my start over day.
I've been the same weight for almost 3 weeks now.  I'm not whining and I think I know why...hoping the resuming exercise will take care of things.  The weight that I've lost, so far, makes me almost giddy with joy!  I bought a pair of skinny jeans that my daughter convinced me to buy, so I could tuck them into my boots.  When I got them, they were a tiny bit too small.  This past weekend, I wore them and they fit.  Tucked in my boots, nice sweater, and I felt like a million dollars!  Haven't felt that way in years.  Thanks to my daughter and my RNY :)
The day before my surgery was the last time that I had a "normal" BM.  I complained, up until Saturday night, about hard stools....trying EVERYTHING imaginable to soften things and move it along.  OK...now, this is ridiculous!  I can't stop.  The only thing that I can think that I've eaten that may have caused it, is a small piece of a sausage pattie?  If so, I may take a bite...and I do mean a bite...now and again when I'm constipated.  IF I'm ever constipated again!  lol
Hopefully, it won't be so long to read and catch up on the posts!

Hmmm...not sure?  I just went by what my cardiologist said.  I may call before the GI appointment.
Thanks!

I'll call the office, for sure.  I'd rather someone that I am already an established patient with to do the a surgery, if needed.

I'm glad that you found out it was your gallbladder and not your heart. That's good!
Yeah, I'd call my surgeon just in case. But sounds like you got things covered. Good.

The three week stall could also have to do with your constipation. So it's a good thing you found something that made ya go! When I feel constipated, I found milk does the trick for me.

Great NSV btw! I love clothes NSV. Those are the best!
