Day 3 Liquid Diet & 3lb Gain?!?!?!
RNY on 07/30/13 with
Sooo frustrated right now!! I started my protein shakes today but yesterday had some protein.
I have been doing everything I am supposed to, a few slip ups but nothing that would make me gain 3lbs!?!?!
I need to be at 230 by March 25th and I weigh 247
I know I need to stay away from the scale but I just feel like I am not going to reach my goal by that day and that really makes me sick to think about
Advice, please!!!!
