Day 3 Liquid Diet & 3lb Gain?!?!?!

Sooo frustrated right now!! I started my protein shakes today but yesterday had some protein. 

I have been doing everything I am supposed to, a few slip ups but nothing that would make me gain 3lbs!?!?!

I need to be at 230 by March 25th and I weigh 247 surprise

I know I need to stay away from the scale but I just feel like I am not going to reach my goal by that day and that really makes me sick to think about devil

 

Advice, please!!!!

Keep on drinking water & protein shakes and exercising. You might drop a few lbs. or more at once. You will succeed if you are persistent. Praying for you!

Did your few slip ups include things with a higher sodium count?    If so once your body has washed it out your scale will readjust.  As well are you still menstruating?  If so, then as you approach that time of month, your body stores extra fluids, hence bloating.
