Seriously what is a few hours of feeling sick for 2 minutes of sheer bliss until the nausea sets in.  Yeah does that sound like the stupidest thing ever, and typically I can talk myself out of things with logic, but not brownies.  Brownies I love, those I have to just keep away.

True story.  When I had my first WLS, the one that never fails ****il it met me) the story going around was, if you stall to eat a Krispy Kreme donut and you will break the stall.  The first Krispy Kreme store near me had just opened and I waited in line for hours to get my Krispy Kremes.  Maybe one Krispy Kreme will break a stall but a dozen probably wasn't what they had in mind.

Also, back then (10 years ago) on a message board I belonged to for said surgery there was a delicious recipe posted for Krispy Kreme bread pudding.  It was good.  And they wonder why I regained 100 lbs.  I am so glad people have gained some sense since them.

Typically things I can't handle get banned, food is either allowed or it is out, and I mean totally out, never to set foot in the house or ever be near me, like Ben & Jerry ice cream.  That **** got me MO, I will never ever ever eat it ever again.  I only eat things that are really good, I won't waste being sick or the calories on crap.  I am a food snob in so many ways, my boyfriend said I am the pickiest eater on earth because there are so many rules and he is probably right, but it keeps me at goal so it works.  Oh well.
