NSV may be stupid but at least it's a victory

Used to, at the dentist, I couldn't figure out where to put my hands. I'd stuff them under my hips and they'd go numb, but today when I went I could easily put them folded on my stomach. Yay! They were nice too, saying where is the rest of me and all. But I just thought I'd share this with y'all.

Not stupid at all. It's the little things like this that are so encouraging. Congrats on an awesome NSV!

That is a GREAT NSV.   Now that you say it, I'm realizing I used to never know where to put my hands lots of time.  Standing in the hallway talking to colleagues I'd be all antsy and cross and uncross them across my big chest or when sitting I'd have to have a desk in front of me to place them on.....now even those are so much easier.   Thanks for posting -- its true, these ARE victories!!!

I am still new to the website, blogs & forum, but what does NSV stand for? I have been a member since December, but still don't know what the means yet! Duh! Thank you. I guess it would be nice if someone made up an abbr. list so that we could all know!     haha
