Just trying to get some ideas as i had some delivered today from Amazon so excited to try it! Also have the chocolate powder. I know some people add it to protein shakes but anything else? Also im assuming it doesn't stay powdery or does it?

You can mix it up to be a  normal PB. I have done that a few times and put it on apple slices. I use the PB2 when I make home made granola. I just mix it in with the dry stuff.

Bell Plantation has a whole bunch of recipes for it.  From desserts to peanut sauces (like for Thai food).  I think its bell plantation.com

I'm hoping you get lots of replies to this because I have heard of this stuff too but no mention of what to use it for. I found it in my local grocery store around the same price as amazon. I love amazon though! I was going to check out the eggface blog and see if I could find some stuff there that uses it. She has TONS of cool recipes. A gal in my office had RNY and makes stuff from her site and most of what I have tried is really good.

I used to put it in my shakes, but its a bit gritty.   I've mixed it with NSA ice cream and protein powder to make a protein ice cream desert.   I've added water and used it to dip apples or bananas, but have pretty m uch gone to regular peanut butter these days instead.   I'll have to check out a thai peanut recipe using it, I think my family would love that with chicken.

Plain Greek yogurt + PB2+ FF/SF chocolate pudding powder. Mix together and add a little milk ( soy, almond or cows milk) to desired consistency. Presto! You have a Reeces Cup taste. Really yummy.

I second Greek yogurt.  Then add a little fruit-flavored Torani syrup.  It's a high-protein peanut butter and jelly yogurt.  :)
