I was low in Vit D on my 6 month labs. I need to add an addition 5000 IU per day. Where should I order some from? I can only find soft gels locally. Thanks in advance.

Surgery weight: 232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height: 5'5" Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

I order mine from Vitalady the 50k capsules. I had low vitamin D levels at 6 months post op but was told to stop taking it at my 1 yr labs as it was too high. I'm taking it twice a week because I don't want a low Vit D level.

Kelly knows most about this, but I get mine at Walgrren. It is D3 2000IU by Nature Made. Mine is dry and I take two a day. Good luck to you!

I think this is gel not dry D3. We still may absorb but not ass much as dry D.

I'm not 100% sure, but the pills are white tablets. Absolutely not gel Caps... But if I am wrong, please let me know!

That is interesting. I am traveling now but I will check that when I get back. It that is dry -it would be great. FYI - I was told to make sure take dry D away from fat- for better absorbtion.

I use the chewable gels from Bariatric advantage. They are 10,000 IU each. I imagine you could do every other day with those. They also sell a dry Vit D that is 5,000 IU each.
