B: ham slices and Isopure drink

S: 1 graham cracker

L: taco salad (meat, cheese, salsa, a few tortilla chips)

S: chocolate crunch protein bar and ham slices

D: no idea! I have boot camp tonight so whatever I can muster when I get home!

Protein shake for breakfast and lunch, then after workout. Split pea soup for dinner. Doing a 5 day pouch test, day 2.
