I wanted to try making them but not sure how. Anyone have a recipe?

This is the recipe that I was given:

Line a cookie sheet or pan with foil

Use a little olive oil to cover the garbanzo beans

Place the beans on the cookie sheet or pan, separated from one another

Use a little seasoning of choice, to sprinkle lightly on he beans

Cook them in the oven, at 400 degrees, for 30 minutes

Take them out and enjoy when they're cool enough

I start by rinsing the beans in water thoroughly. Then line a cookie sheet with several layers of paper towels and roll the beans back and forth to dry them. Then remove the paper towels and bake at 400-425, shaking the pan frequently to roll them around and prevent burning. They roast from 30-45 mins, just stay close by, then can burn! When small and browned, I take them out, spray them with olive oil spray and sprinkle on the seasonings, I like salt, pepper, garlic powder, and maybe a dash of cayenne pepper.

I've had better luck roasting them dry verses coating them in oil first, but experiment and see what you like! Store them in an air tight container.

Do you use dried or canned chick peas?
