Chewing - I shouldnt need help..but I do!

One day early out I wasn't paying attention... Three bites in my body forced me... I felt hot, nauseated and a crazy pressure in my chest like my sternum was going to explode! After that I cut all bite the size of my thumbnail and chew chew chew. To be honest post surgery I often have to convince myself to swallow food or liquid in my mouth.... It seems the automatic reflex is less.

I feel the same way !!  I've tried practicing a few times, and it's like the food involuntarily shoots down the throat after like 2 bites !!   I've realized I'm basically swallowing my food whole :/  It'll take practice I guess !!!
