Nope, don't have one, don't want one. I probably should at least carry the card in my wallet, but I don't.

Do we really need one? This is the first I ever heard this might be important medical information to be place on a medical alert bracelet/tag.

It's far from a necessity but it makes people feel more comfortable. The only thing that would be "required" on it is something like "no blind NG tube" since that can cause a serious problem.
