I'm not complaining but I wasn't expecting to be under 200 before surgery ok so I barely got below by .5 it still counts. When my Dr first told me I had to lose 10 lbs I was worried about my BMI would be toooo low and I wouldn't be able to have the surgery, they go by the BMI of my first, so glad. Ok, I am only 5'1", small bones so I should be 110 or less I started at 220. All of my fat days I thought that my fat were stuck to my bones with crazy and WLS will bust the fat free. Don't tell my daughter, she thinks I could this on my own if I could I would have already.

Congrats!  What a great head start. You will have a safer surgery and clearly you have made some meaningful changes. Good prep for post-surgery
