Had my 6 month follow up today

I am down 97 lbs!!! I am so thrilled! All my labs were good except for low Iron (which we knew it would be). Any other 6 monther's out there? I would love to hear how your journey is going.

I also had my 6 month check in today--I'm down 71 pounds since the surgery but 125 pounds in the last year. You're doing GREAT--KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

That is wonderful! I still can't imagine losing that much. I know it will happen, but WOW! You are doing great too! Congrats on your loss!

Congratulations thats awesome I am at 3 months and I am down 50 pounds.  Hope I am down 97 pounds at 6 months.  I been kind of depressed thinking I wasnt loosing fast enough but Ill take whatever I get...  Keep up the good work.

I will be at 6 months on 4/18 I've lost 99.8 lbs overall, 70 since surgery.  I haven't done my blood work yet, but I feel great. Hopefully the labs will agree that all is fine.  Have you lost all 97 lbs since surgery?

That is awesome too! Good luck on your labs. I have lost 90 lbs since surgery. (7 lbs through the process).
