kelly i know you post these comments many times but im wondering if you could clarify something for me i was taking the centrum chewables....i can not stomach the flavor any more and i can not swallow the big pills yet do you have other suggestions? besides on line i did get samples that i also did not care for. i did buy nature made adult gummies are you familiar with these. i do know that i have to take an iron supplement. thanks for your advice

There are no gummy vitamins that have all the stuff we need.  Look at the label. See how it is missing a bunch of minerals, like copper, zinc, selenium, magnesium, manganese, etc?

If you didn't like chewable Centrum or the samples of other chewables you tried, I'd think about ordering the multi capsules from Bariatric Advantage or Celebrate.  You have to take more than two a day (I think it's three with the Celebrate capsules and six with the BA capsules) but that means they are smaller.  Or you can cut regular Centrum in half.

there are D Drops...it an odourless tastless liquid and its one drop is 1000 ius

Read the ingredients on liquids, though, because liquid vitamin D often contains oil, and we malabsorb fats so we wouldn't absorb that real well.

I was told it was fine for us by the dietician at HRRH so I do take them ...I take 8 drops a day for my needs based on what was directed.....
