You have a GREAT smile and the cheeks will get smaller. You look quite young so you should not have any sagging either - YEA!!

Thanks y'all! I have always been self conscious about my cheeks. On a happy note I have gotten ride of my other two chins! I was just wondering if the cheeks will shrink. 75 pounds down since surgery dec 12th

Be grateful, you won't have that hollowed in sick look some people get. They will get smaller as you lose more weight. I was happy my face never got thin and sunken look. Some people look grey after they lose weight and to me that is scary.
