I am in love with Salads right now

This is too funny - my girlfriend came over the other day and she is only a week post op - she asked me when can I have a salad I am dying for one. I was the same way after surgery I could not wait to eat a salad - I had my 1st one at 5 weeks - that may have been too early but I did fine and could not take the wait. I wrote a blog post all about my obsession with Big Salads HERE,  A big salad is one of things I can handle really well and as a matter of fact I had a nice big Antipasto Salad for dinner tonight - lol
