Eggs
I can't eat eggs easily either right now (almost 3 months out). I usually have greek yogurt with fruit mixed in, sometimes with a little splenda. I find yogurt goes down the easiest, and greek yogurt is high in protein. Also Kashi high protein cereal with milkl. I'm hoping the egg thing will resolve within a few months. I like eggs and have chickens!
Eggs go really well for me, but I purchased some Atkins low carb baking mix with the intent of making some protein pancakes for the days when I can't do eggs. I also got some sugar free syrup....but to be honest, I never actually made the pancakes as I felt it would be dangerous for me to get used to a meal like that which was a high carb sugary breakfast for me and never filled me up well. You might want to check out pinterest for some low carb high protein options like crepes or pancakes that you can cook ahead and freeze for a quick meal you can tolerate.
I am 6 month out and Eggs are still hit and miss for me some days they are fine others my pouch says yuck. Most mornings I have deli turkey or ham and some string cheese. that seems to work for me and I get my protein in. eggs or well done meat seem to be the only foods that give me any problems. Hope this helps.
