4~9~2013 surgery, tell us how you are
As the post said I had surgery on 4~9 I thought every thing was going well I heard do you have pain yes here at my chest bone area and I am rubbing it harder and harder hoping that would help, not. Any pains down your Left arm I am thinking heart attack? stroke? We need to do more tests. I don't know what I had I was sleeping and then I was in my room. My daughter was there and we would be talking I would say something and in the middle of it I fall asleep and woke up and finish my talk like nothing was happening. The next day when she came back I was back to being my old self. I felt sorry for her and she took a picture of me sleeping with my mouth wide open.
When the anesthesiologist came to visit me I remind him that I am hard to knock out. OK he made a note of it. His assistance came in and I told him the same thing. Hmmm did they over dope me? Usually after my surgery they stop in to see how I am doing, they didn't'.
Then my Dr told them that he had done fix an Eigastric(sp??) hernia which was pretty high up and since they put air or gas in it was still there pushing against my chest bone. I don't know when it left me but it was gone when I woke up in my room.
Other than the above the surgery was a success and now for recovery. My chest walls hurts I think because for the P Ox I wasn't hitting the number so they made me breathe deeply for several minutes. No other pain.
