I had my RNY on 4/9 yesterday was really the first day that I almost felt normal so I told hubby I want to take a "hike" its really a walk all flat and only 1 mile I always want to go there because of the spring flowers but never made it always summer or fall. Today he said I think it will be tooooo much for you to do already. Ok so we are going on a rail to trail path....don't tell him but the one he decided we should do...is longer. Any way I have this energy which I never had before it is early to have this much energy or am I going cabin crazy?  well time is flying time to wake hubby up from his nap and enjoy the spring air and flowers and nature. Enjoy your day

I had bursts of energy early out but then would get very fatigued a few days later. Do what you feel you can do and don't get too concerned if you feel the opposite in a couple of days. You'll work up to feeling like this every day in no time.

This is so funny because I had surgery the same day and today is the first day I feel human! The weather couldn't be any more perfect here and I thought about taking the half mile trail around the pond today but after Sunday school and church and going to the dollar store I am worn out! Maybe later I will venture out but I was starting to really hurt again by the time I got home. I may have no choice but to go somewhere because I'm about to knock the crap out of dh anyway!
