I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 279.I am 33 years old and will be having RNY on May 13th. What can I expect to loose?? Could u share your before and after or during pics. I am nervous I want be able to loose weight.

My first pic is at about 329 lbs. I went into surgery at 264 lbs. I am 5'3" and now weigh about 156 lbs at 8 months out. Not as inspiring as some of the vets out there, but I am a work in progress :)
